ABOUT US

The North American Vermeer Dealer Association, better known as NAVDA, was formed in 1984 due to Vermeer dealers’ desire to establish a formal relationship with Vermeer Corporation management to create a regular forum for interaction, alignment, and future planning.

The board of directors consists of six Vermeer dealers elected by their peers.  Board members serve 2-to-3-year terms and meet with Vermeer Corporation’s executive team three to four times a year to exchange ideas on engineering, new product development, training, policies, best practices, and develop strategic initiatives to better serve our Vermeer Customers.   NAVDA dealers also host an annual meeting with the Vermeer Corporation management team and our crucial dealer vendor partners.

Today the relationship between Vermeer Corporation and its dealers remains one of the most unique manufacturer/dealer relationships in the industry. This relationship has given Vermeer Corporation and the NAVDA dealer members a distinct competitive edge in an ever-changing business climate.

Simply put, the formation of NAVDA fostered a platform that allowed Vermeer dealers, Vermeer Corporation, and most importantly, Vermeer Customers to be better “Equipped to Do More.”
